Welcome to EcoChamp

EcoChamp is an e-commerce CRM tool that helps you manage orders, shipments, and customers from one dashboard. By creating an account and using EcoChamp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use EcoChamp.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Don't share your account with people outside your team.
• If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us right away.

What You Can and Can't Do

You can use EcoChamp to manage your store, orders, and shipments. Please don't:

• Try to hack, reverse engineer, or break the platform.
• Use it for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Spam or abuse other users through the system.
• Resell or sublicense access to EcoChamp without our permission.

Free Trial & Payments

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed to start.
• After the trial, you'll need a paid plan to keep using the service.
• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll still have access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your account will be downgraded to a free plan or deactivated. We don't delete your data immediately — you'll have a grace period to export anything you need.

Our Responsibility

We work hard to keep EcoChamp running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect or available 100% of the time. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, courier delays, or data errors from third-party integrations (like WooCommerce, Shopify, Leopards, or PostEx). Use the platform at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a big change, we'll let you know by email or a notice inside the app. Continuing to use EcoChamp after a change means you accept the new terms.
