- Store data — orders, products, and customer information synced from your WooCommerce or Shopify store.
- Shipping data — tracking numbers and courier details when you book shipments.
- Usage data — basic information about how you use the app (pages visited, features used) to help us improve.
How We Use Your Information
- To run your account and provide the EcoChamp service.
- To sync your store and courier data so the platform works correctly.
- To send you important emails (like billing receipts or security alerts).
- To improve the product based on how people use it.
We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it.
Who We Share Your Data With
We only share your data when necessary:
- Couriers (Leopards, PostEx) — to book and track your shipments.
- Store platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify) — to sync your orders and products.
- Infrastructure providers — cloud services that host the app (they are bound by strict data agreements).
We don't sell, rent, or give away your data to anyone else.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how people use the app. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of EcoChamp may not work correctly without them.
How We Keep Your Data Safe
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use secure cloud infrastructure and restrict access to your data to only the team members who need it. No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable step to protect your information.
Your Rights

- You can ask us to delete your account and data.
- You can export your data before you leave.
Just email us and we'll take care of it within a few business days.

If we make a significant change to this policy, we'll let you know by email or through a notice inside EcoChamp. Small updates (like fixing typos) won't require a notification.
